Yes. StarPDF is fully responsive and works on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices. You can convert and edit files on the go, wherever you have an internet connection.

Subscribers can upload files up to 100 MB per document. For most standard office documents and PDFs, this is more than enough. If you have a very large file, try splitting it into smaller parts first using our Split PDF tool.

We offer a 2-day trial at a reduced price so you can test the full platform before committing. During the trial you have complete access to every tool \u2014 conversions, editing, signing, merging, cloud storage, everything. If you decide it's not for you, just cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged further.

Once the trial period is over, your subscription automatically continues at the standard monthly rate. You keep all the features you had during the trial. If you cancel before the trial expires, nothing else is charged.

Your subscription gives you unlimited access to every tool on the platform: PDF editing, file conversions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images), electronic signatures, document merging, splitting, compression, annotation, cloud document storage, and priority support. There are no per-file fees or hidden limits.

Yes. You can download PDF invoices for every payment directly from your account dashboard under the billing section. Each invoice includes the date, amount, and our company details so you can use it for bookkeeping or expense reports.

You can cancel at any time. Log in to your account, go to account settings, open the "Subscription" tab and click "Cancel Subscription." You can also use our unsubscribe page or contact our support team. After cancellation, you still have access until the end of your current billing period.

Log in and go to your account settings. Under "Profile", you can update your email address and set a new password. Changes take effect immediately.

On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter the email address you used when signing up. You will receive a link to set a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Yes. Your subscription is tied to your account, not to a specific device. You can log in from your desktop at work, your laptop at home, or your phone while traveling \u2014 and your documents follow you wherever you go.

Open the "Edit PDF" tool, upload your file, and the editor will load right in your browser. You can click on existing text to modify it, add new text boxes, insert images, draw shapes, and highlight passages. When you are done, save the file and download it.

Upload your PDF, and our system converts it into a fully editable Word document (.docx). The original formatting \u2014 headings, paragraphs, tables, images \u2014 is preserved as closely as possible. The converted file is ready to open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any compatible editor.

Most files are converted in just a few seconds. Larger or more complex documents (50+ pages, lots of images or tables) may take a little longer. Our cloud infrastructure scales automatically, so even during peak hours the processing speed stays consistent.

Password-protected files need to be unlocked before they can be converted or edited. Remove the password using your PDF reader first, then upload the unprotected version to StarPDF.
